Thermoform tooling can range from a wood or ren board mold for low volume part needs to temperature controlled aluminum cast tooling for high volume production parts. As part of the services that we provide, we can have high quality tooling custom made (from drawings, CAD data or other media) to exact specifications to suit your individual needs. We work with a number of pattern makers, foundries and machine shops to optimize quality and price. We can also provide die cutting and router trim fixtures.
